Welcome to Lily Grace Design. By accessing or using our website, www.lilygracedesign.co.za, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Custom Printing Orders

All products are custom printed to order using exclusive designs by Lily Grace Design. Please ensure all product selections, measurements, and personalisation details are correct before completing your order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be altered once submitted.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.

We will only replace items if they are:

  • Faulty, due to a manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged during production prior to delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order.

  • You must provide clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

We reserve the right to inspect and validate all claims before issuing a replacement.

3. Colours and Display

Please note that actual product colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor display settings and fabric printing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Lead Time and Delivery

All orders are made to order. Our standard production lead time is 10 business days, excluding public holidays and courier transit time. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received it.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Lily Grace Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lily Grace Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
