At Lily Grace Design, each item is made with care, and many of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized orders.
Returns & Refunds – Faulty Items Only
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [your email address] with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the fault or damage
A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
A replacement product (where possible), or
A full refund to your original payment method
Please note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or errors in custom design details provided by the customer.
