Choose Your Artwork Option

Option A: Supply Your Own Print-Ready Design

Email us a completed, high-resolution PDF or JPG in the correct 1 × 1.5 metre proportion.

• No design or layout work is included.
• Your file will be printed as supplied.
• You are responsible for the layout, spelling, colours and image quality.
• If the file is not print-ready, you must provide a corrected file or upgrade to our layout service.

Option B: Lily Grace Creates Your Layout

We will arrange your photographs and wording into a personalised collage.

This option includes:

• Up to 12 final photographs
• Your supplied name, date, verse, poem or message
• Your preferred background colour
• One digital proof sent by WhatsApp
• One round of minor changes

Please send only your final photo selection. Adding, removing or replacing photos after layout work begins is charged at R150 per revision round. Extensive changes or a completely different layout will require a new quotation.

Mistakes made by Lily Grace Design will be corrected without charge.

How to Send Your Photos

Photos are not uploaded during checkout.

After ordering, email your photos or print-ready artwork to:

Use your order number in the email subject line and include:

• Your final photographs or artwork
• Your exact wording
• Your preferred background colour
• Your WhatsApp number
• Any important cropping instructions

Please send original photo files where possible. Screenshots and photographs downloaded from WhatsApp or social media may print less clearly.

Order Process

1. Select your artwork option and complete payment.
2. Email your order number, files and instructions.
3. Design work begins once payment and all information have been received.
4. Your proof is sent by WhatsApp for approval.
5. Production begins after written approval.

Production and Delivery

Production takes 10 working days before courier collection. Weekends and South African public holidays are excluded.

Courier delivery time is additional and depends on your location. Small delays may occur during periods of high order volumes, so please order early if your blanket is needed for a particular date.

Please Note

• Some cropping may be necessary to fit photographs into the layout.
• Screen colours may differ slightly from the printed fleece.
• Check all names, dates, photographs and wording before approving your proof.
• Once approved and submitted for printing, the design cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Personalised products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
