How it works

1. Place your order online.
2. Email your photos to info@liligracedesign.co.za.
3. Please include your order number in the email.
4. Tell us your colour preferences, wording, names, dates or any special design requests.
5. We will create the layout and send you a design proof for approval before printing.

Please note: More than 2 revisions may incur an additional design fee.

Production time

Production time is 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date that your final design proof has been approved.

Courier delivery time is additional and will depend on your delivery area.

Photo and design details

For the best result, please send clear, high-quality photos. You are welcome to include family photos, children’s photos, special memories, holiday moments, milestone photos or any images you would like us to use in the design.

When emailing your photos, please also let us know if you would like any text added, such as a name, date, short message or special wording.
