• Existing Lily Grace Designs: Ready in 3 to 5 working days
• Custom Designs: Allow 5 to 10 working days

Custom Wallpaper Design
Yes, we do offer custom design services. You're welcome to send us your ideas, reference images or inspiration. However, we do not replicate work created by other wallpaper designers.

Measuring Your Wall

• Width: Measure from one end of the wall to the other, including windows, doors, or any other features
• Height: Measure from ceiling to floor (width is not needed here again)

Please Note:
The colours you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual wallpaper due to variations in computer and mobile display settings. To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.

All wallpaper is printed to order once payment is received. As each order is made specifically for the customer, we cannot accept returns.

Preparing the Wall for Wallpaper Installation

• Ensure the wall is smooth and even
• Remove all nails, screws, and fill any holes
• For new walls, the surface must be skimmed and primed with an oil-based primer to prevent glue absorption and peeling

What About Existing Wallpaper?
Old wallpaper must be removed before new wallpaper can be applied.
